Job Description
Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of Plate, Dicing, and Grinding manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Sets up, loads and unloads machines.
As assigned, performs simple procedures to operate the various equipment related to plasma, plate, grinders, and dicing saws
Maintains accurate records and charts for production processes as directed.
Informs appropriate personnel of material, process or equipment problems. Learns some troubleshooting procedures to achieve optimum production and process levels.
Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
Ensures cleanliness of the production line and maintains safety standards and regulations.
May complete other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School or equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years related experience
