Labor Staffers Janitor Manager in State College, Pennsylvania
Labor Staffers is staffing for a local growing company in the State College area for a Janitor Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and train a team of cleaning professionals while ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: ·
Manage the daily cleaning operations to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services.
Train, supervise, develop, and motivate the janitorial staff.
Conduct daily quality inspections of the facility to ensure standards are met.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Retrain and coach staff on custodial responsibilities as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee morale.
Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, always ensuring an adequate supply.
Fill vacancies as necessary, due to sickness or vacation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Capable of using independent judgment to make solid decisions.
Proven experience supervising 5+ employees.
Must have a minimum of 2 years cleaning experience.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable climbing stairs, walking, squatting, and/or long periods of standing.
