Fairmount Property Management Inc HVAC Technition in State College, Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Physical ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet, carry heavy equipment, and perform tasks in various environments (heights, confined spaces, etc.)
- HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC
- Proficiently read wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the Company brand
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks
- Work efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation
