Job Description

Electronic Assembler I is an entry-level assembler position performing a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations. Follows methods and sequence of operations in assembling cables, soldering, bonding, limited testing and manufacturing of transducers. Job Duties

• Acquire all established health and safety rules.

• Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adherence to production plan schedule while producing high quality products to standards..

• Time and attendance are in accordance with company policies, procedures and work area schedule.

• Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of product and to maintain efficiencies.

• Ability to sit for an extended amount of time

• Ability to work under a microscope

• Hand soldering

• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, procedures and follows verbal directions.

• Quality Oriented

• Computer literacy

Job Requirements

• Good manual dexterity

• Strong attention to detail

• Computer skills and literacy a plus

• Must be a highly organized, self-managed individual who works independently with minimum supervision and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Able to embrace change

• Be a Team Player

• Enjoy contributing to a diverse manufacturing group

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended amount of time
