As a Clinic Quality and Education Specialist, you will work alongside clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of quality and education. Mission for Position To enhance clinic performance and patient care by driving quality improvement initiatives, providing staff education, and ensuring alignment with compliance standards and best practices. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct rooming and nursing audits to ensure compliance with clinical standards. Review clinic scorecards to identify performance gaps and implement improvements. Train and educate clinic staff on workflows, preventative care, and clinical best practices. Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and enhance care delivery. Support quality improvement initiatives and implement action plans for better patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with payor requirements and regulatory standards. Act as a resource for clinic teams regarding protocols, updates, and operational improvements. Position Type Full-Time, 0.8 FTE Employee-focused scheduling with hours available between normal business hours. Qualifications Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on quality improvement or education. Strong communication and teaching skills. Proficiency in analyzing data and using scorecards to drive improvements.
