Consultations Lead Veterinary Surgeon

Location: 103-105 Stanmore Hill, Stanmore

Hours: Full time or Part time

Practice: Blythwood Vets Stanmore

Blythwood Vets has an exciting new opportunity for a Consultations Lead Veterinary Surgeon at their small animal branch surgery in Stanmore.

Our Stanmore clinic has been renovated this the past year, and we are looking for a candidate to run the newly refurbished practice. The role will initially be consult only. However, there is potential for further development and expansion, with the ability to perform routine and minor procedures in the future.

The branch surgery feeds into the nearby main Bushey surgery. This role is sole charge with the assistance of support staff. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to build their own loyal client base and manage daily site-based enquiries, with the support of the clinical director. The opportunity is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. The successful candidate will be asked to contribute to the weekend rota at the main Bushey clinic.

The individual will be responsible for delivering high standard clinical care while building lasting relationships with clients and fellow colleagues. The ideal candidate would be confident consulting and have good communication skills.
