YOUR ROLE
Support Shopper Marketing Campaigns: Planning, execution, and tracking of shopper marketing programs designed to drive consumer engagement and product conversion across national retail accounts including Costco, BJ’s, Publix, Albertson’s and Ahold.
Promotions Management: Execute offer-based, conversion-driving activation that align with strategic brand goals.
Legal Routing and Contract Execution: Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all promotional activities and marketing campaigns comply with legal requirements. Assist in the execution of contracts with external partners, ensuring timely approval and routing through the appropriate channels.
Develop and Maintain Activity Calendars: Build and manage detailed promotional activity calendars to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across multiple channels. Track key milestones and ensure all deliverables are met within the specified timelines.
Market Research and Insights: Monitor and evaluate industry trends, shopper behaviors, and competitor activity to generate insights that drive effective marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Manage promotional budgets and financial reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated resources while maximizing ROI.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of campaigns and promotions, delivering actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to optimize future initiatives.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner with internal stakeholders such as brand managers, sales teams, and creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of promotional strategies.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in shopper marketing, promotions, or a related marketing function, preferably within the CPG or retail sectors.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to evaluating campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in marketing platforms, MS Office Suite, and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Familiarity with contract management and legal compliance processes.
The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
