UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring anAssociate Director, Business Analyst(ref. Code 000009) in Stamford, CT.
Job duties:Establish and operate effective project governance, ensuring appropriate representation from key stakeholders. Organize requirements-gathering activities using a variety of internal and external data and conduct stakeholder interviews. Based on requirements, identify set of tasks, activities, dependences and hierarchy of the processes(business processes, sub processes and process components) and draft diagram of the overall process for Process Modeling. Design pragmatic software solutions to address business problems, while considering the strategic future state model. Act as the primary contact between the business users and technology team before, during and after the project implementations. Assist in quality control and project management.
This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or eight (8) years of experience as a Principal Consultant, Business Analyst, Engineer, or a related occupation.
