What you´ll do

  • Lead development and execution of the brand innovation projects from beginning to end working closely and in coordination with cross functional teams (Sales, Customer Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Purchasing and Operations) to ensure that overall project goals, timelines and objectives are met.

  • Works closely with the sales team to develop programs & recommendations along with customized opportunities that allow for a win-win with our customers.

  • Analyze and interprets the competitive environment and marketplace to learn how to optimize our product characteristics and performance in the market (taking advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends).

  • Collaboration and teamwork with cross functional partners to manage projects with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, setting goals, planning milestones, defining priorities and taking decisions to overpass potential challenges on the go.

  • Assists Sr. Brand Manager in designing the 2-4 year innovation plan that ensures the future growth of the business and in preparing presentations for executive management to get project approval and funding as well as for Customer visits.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Economics), MBA preferred.

  • 3-5+ years Brand Marketing experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), with focus in innovation.

  • Strong Innovation Project Management skills (experience in NPD preferred) and financial analytical ability (deep understanding of key P&L drivers).

  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to function effectively as project leader in a team environment, working and partnering with people in diverse cross functional areas.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects/objectives and prioritizing accordingly.

The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
