Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to preserve the functionality and condition of food manufacturing and HVACR equipment on site. The role involves performing general services, repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on equipment such as food processing equipment, packaging, conveyors, slicers, boilers, and compressors. The candidate will ensure operational efficiency and safety, adhere to OSHA regulations, food safety policies, and work practices, and respond to emergency maintenance calls. The role also includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and control systems, working with HVAC and Refrigeration systems, and utilizing CMMS for maintenance management.

HVAC and Refrigeration systems maintenance
Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and NETA regulations
Ability to read and interpret P&ID, Schematics, and Architectural drawings
Experience with HMI, PLC’s, SCADA systems
Familiarity with CMMS
Soft Skills
Ability to work autonomously under minimum supervision
Ability to work in a diversified environment
Strong troubleshooting skills
Effective communication in English
Adaptability to work overtime and additional shifts upon notification
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Stafford, Virginia.
Work Environment
The work environment ranges from hot to cold temperatures, involving long periods of standing and walking. Technicians will work from elevations using ladders, lifts, or scaffolds, and must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. The typical work schedule includes shifts of 10 to 12 hours, 4 days a week, with potential for alternative shifts or overtime.
