Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Stafford, TX
Pay: $16 to $20 per hour (based on shift)
Shifts: All shifts available
Join Our Team as a Production Associate!
Are you looking for a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can learn and grow? As a Production Associate, you’ll set up, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of production machines to ensure accurate and timely work. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in other departments, gaining valuable experience and performing different tasks depending on the workload.
What You’ll Do:
Operate Production Machines: Work with a variety of machines to create personalized credit and debit cards, statements, and other printed materials.
Adapt on the Fly: Quickly adjust to changing production volumes and priorities, showing flexibility and multitasking as needed.
Ensure Quality: Perform quality checks to confirm that every product meets the specifications of the job order, and stage materials for warehouse pickup.
Keep Things Moving: Set up and operate machines, troubleshoot issues, respond to equipment error messages, and ensure batches are accurate per the order ticket.
Support Team Goals: Collaborate with your team to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards while participating in cross-training across different production areas.
What You’ll Need:
Basic computer skills for data entry.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Basic math skills to support various job responsibilities.
Physical ability to stand for 95% of your shift, lift up to 40 pounds safely, and perform repetitive movements, including reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
What Would Be Great to Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
A strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently as needed.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
