Job Description
Technical Program Manager - Team Lead (TPM) plans, coordinates, and utilizes technical knowledge to direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates in the Oracle Healthcare Immediate Response Center. They have the technical breadth to build expertise in the tools, platforms and/or applications the team utilizes for incident management, monitoring and service management. The role also requires strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills to help prioritize critical programs, create process improvements, and build a roadmap for the organization.
The IRC Incident Management (IM) team is responsible for the 24x7x365 immediate response and resolution to mission impacting incidents for all Healthcare clients worldwide. Our team is made up of Technical Support Engineers who focus on maintaining availability for systems, Millennium solutions and core applications managed by Oracle Healthcare. The IM team maintains and utilizes a deep, broad technological knowledge base that spans the breadth of Oracle Cerner systems and supporting technology through tenured experience and practiced methodology to quickly and efficiently resolve or provide alternative workflow for immediate, client impacting incidents.

Demonstrated Leadership ability.
Strong proficiency with multi-tasking and handling multiple large programs concurrently
Ability to effectively make business presentations.
Basic Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent with a technical major (CS, MIS, IS, CIS, etc.) or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of project management experience.
Previous experience in a technical role (i.e. Software Engineer/Architect, System Engineer/Architect, Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Test Engineer, etc.).
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Windows, Linux, Citrix, WebSphere Application Server, Active Directory, or Networking

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $73,300 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
