Global Partner Sales Operations (GPSO) is part of the global Revenue Operations organization. GPSO is responsible for all systems, tools, business processes, and operations in our partner sales community. With a lens on best-in-class support and tools to provide outstanding experience enabling our partner and internal sales community to meet their business drivers, GPSO is a high-energy, high-functioning team that requires versatile individuals who understand the business drivers, experiences, and how to move progress forward at an accelerated pace. About the Opportunity
The Partner GPO Organization is looking to add a Director role in a critical new pillar within the GPSO organization. This pillar is aligned with E2E Cloud Partner Operations. This person will bring extensive industry experience and perspectives with partners, having the ability to translate those into real-world business requirements. It will specialize in the creation of business process roadmaps, increasing partner & internal sales productivity by optimizing operational processes, launch & release of new operational initiatives, and business expansion of new areas that include working with our partner communities. The pillar will have areas of focus on all partner types, GSI, SI & Services, Resell & Distribution, CSP and ISV’s. This role will report to the Senior Director of Partner Global Processes (GPO).
Responsibilities
About the role
Lead and participate in executive-level discussions related to industry perspectives, experience, and business requirements.
Define & scope long-term operational strategy and North Star vision for assigned Partner Type or Function
Work cross-functionally to gather support, alignment, and inputs from systems GPO leadership, incorporating them into our strategy/roadmap
Ensure all business processes meet our compliance & audit requirements
Expert adviser to the Systems GPO teams and leadership on defining the business processes to support key business objectives and initiatives
Prioritize business drivers to influence systems enhancements and fixes
Ensure documentation of all critical systems material meets standards and requirements as per business needs
Comprehensive communications plan to partners and sales for upcoming releases & launches
Assist Testing teams on quality assurance before they sign off for production
Understand current operational business models for partners
Understand business & market trends, and bring them to bear to influence the operational efficiencies and roadmaps
Qualifications:
10 plus years experience. BA/BS degree preferred. You are a sophisticated and polished communicator, able to speak to complex and advanced partner operational processes at the executive level
You have deep relevant Partner, Industry and Cloud operational knowledge/experience.
You have hands-on, experience with optimizing operational processes in the partner capacity
You are known for both your stellar communication skills and your strong market understanding of the partner operational space
You have a positive outlook and a drive to find creative solutions to problems
You have a keen ability to self-motivate, prioritize, hit deadlines, and flexibly adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment

Hiring Range: from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
