ManpowerGroup Maintenance Parts Coordinator in St. Peters, Missouri

Job Title: Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Location: St. Peters, MO

M-F - Days 7a-3:30p. 40 hours per week with possibility for 10 hours of OT per week based on need.

Need to be willing to commit to a 6-month assignment. Assignment will be complete August 2024.

Maintenance Parts Storeroom Clerk

  • Maintenance Parts Storeroom experience required. At a minimum, Mechanical and/or Electrical experience with maintenance parts, ordering parts, or installing/replacing various parts.

  • Must know the difference between standard and metric nuts and bolts, and must understand what a pnuematic actuator-air cylinder is.

  • Must be able to assess a part and if not clearly identified, ust take steps to identify, source and put away to iMaint standards (CMMS).

  • Position will be responsible for helping to consolidate the various storeroom locations into 4 main areas. This will require a lot of physical tasks to include setting up the shelves and bins in the new storeroom locations and relocating the existing parts from the various locations to the new locations.

  • Relocated parts will be counted and reconciled against the current parts storeroom inventory system.

  • Position will also be responsible for daily cycle counts of existing parts locations and recounts as necessary to ensure no inventory errors.

  • Position will also be responsible for stocking existing shelves for new parts that come into the facility.

  • Must be self-motivated as will work alone for a good portion of the time.

  • Must be detail-oriented for inventory maintenance.
