Market Place Grill Staff (Afternoon Shift) Dining Service Description Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year working Monday through Friday 11am-7:30pm. This position is considered full-time (1.0 FTE), non-exempt (hourly), and benefits-eligible. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare menu items including hamburgers, grilled chicken, fries, onion rings, etc. Prepare menu items using flat top grill, gas fire grill, fryers Prepare speciality menu items, as requested Work with and mentor college student employees Prerequisites MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience, preferred.
