Gustavus Adolphus College Head Clay Target Club Coach in St. Peter, Minnesota
Head Clay Target Club Coach Athletics Description Gustavus Adolphus College, an NCAA Division III institution, and a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) is seeking applications for a part-time Head Clay Target Club coach. This is an exempt, non-benefits eligible, 10-month part-time position. In accordance with all Gustavus Adolphus policies and procedures, the successful applicant is responsible for organizing and administering all facets of the Clay Target Club team with a commitment to fostering a positive student-athlete experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, organize and execute the administration of practices and competitions. Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes. Meet with prospective student-athletes on and off campus. Work closely with and within the guidelines of the Admission office. Coordinate and schedule competitions and team travel arrangements and all aspects involved. Coordinate the development and promotion of the program. Demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship and professionalism. Ability to manage and oversee a budget and all equipment purchases. All other duties as assigned.
