Ecolab Inc Sr. Business Process Analyst Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota

Position will assist with various reporting projects while working closely with key business stakeholders to identify data and reporting needs, capture, and document requirements and then ensure those requirements are delivered. Sr Business Process Analyst Manager will use Business Analysis skills to help conduct and in-depth investigation of the reporting project by gathering and analyzing technical and non-technical specs. The role will work cross with various cross functional IT and Business leads. Act as Business Relationship Manager to the divisional stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work as a liaison between business units, customers, and Commercial Digital Solutions (CDS technology team) to deliver digital tools focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Understand emerging technology trends to continue to build a robust platform strategy Understand audit trends, competition and customer segmentation to help facilitate digital pricing Be a Self-Leader who demonstrates the ability to serve as a strong team member with solid communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment. Regular stakeholder communications ensuring alignment of expectations and scope. Manage a team of business analysts responsible for defining and documenting customer requirements and solutions, with ownership from inception to delivery and support. Maintain expert product knowledge using an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements. Anticipate customer needs Drive customer feedback to understand the customer's challenges and working with multiple teams to define and deliver outcomes. Manage the product backlog including fact-based prioritization of development work. Actively participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of working experience or 12 years working experience. Team management experience, including goal setting, work planning and employee reviews. Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, negotiation and organizational skills required. Experience working with cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Proven and consistent delivery of high-level years' experience in a technical, analytical and problem solving role No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Preferred Qualifications 8 years' experience project management and/or business analysis/requirements gathering experience. 6 years' experience researching new technical solutions. 6 years' experience writing clear and concise requirements and business communications. 6 years' experience developing use cases/user stories in an Agile environment. 6 years in process mapping and workflow optimization Ability to write simple SQL queries for data validation or investigation preferred.
