Ecolab Inc Product Marketing Manager- Home Depot Consumer Business in St. Paul, Minnesota

Ecolab is seeking a Product Manager for the Home Depot consumer business. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product portfolio. The Product Manager will manage the entire product lifecycle, from assessing market and consumer needs, generating new product ideas, and conducting competitive analysis, to developing launch strategies and rationalizing products. As the product expert, the Product Manager will influence strategic decisions and work with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and implement corrective actions. The Product Manger role is a key driver of innovation and success in Ecolab's Home Depot consumer business. What's in it For You: The opportunity to help customersand consumersmaintain clean and safe environments The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best What You Will Do: Develop a product/innovation road map that supports growth targets Manage and execute new item set-up in all data management systems Provide product training to key stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer service) Support marketing and R&D in the creation of claims and assets that are relevant to consume use cases Serve as the product guardian for the Home Depot product management systems supporting both in-store and online Serve as product SME to the customer teams, troubleshooting product, packaging, or other quality related issues Monitor product portfolio health and manage product optimization and rationalization Conduct external product assessment, research competitors, and monitor innovations and trends to communicate strategic insights to key stakeholders Support Operations and Supply Chain as needed during product qualification and verification Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of professional experience or MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing and launching new products/services Prior CPG product marketing, category management, or customer marketing experience Proven record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and use sound judgment in fast-paced environment Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer skills (Word, Project, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn and navigate internal and external systems that support product set-up and management Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.Click here to see our benefits.
