City Of St Paul Planning Team Supervisor in St Paul, Minnesota
We are hiring a Planning Manager to join our dynamic Planning Division with the Planning and Economic Development team. The position will lead a team responsible for advancing initiatives including equity, resiliency, housing and economic development as prioritized by the Mayor s Office and comprehensive plan. Here is what you can expect to do: Oversees zoning ordinance administration, HUD and State-mandated environmental review, Planning Application business process improvement and coordinates site plan review. Provides policy recommendations, identifies program needs, and may directly support the leadership team Supports citywide zoning studies, text amendments and district planning efforts. Participates in and makes recommendations for interviewing, hiring, and promotion processes.
