City Of St Paul Management Assistant I in St Paul, Minnesota
The Office of Neighborhood Safety (ONS) is looking for a Management Assistant to join their team. This position will assist ONS and its management team by providing support for the programs' day-to-day operations, such as prioritizing and coordinating schedules, prioritizing incoming issues and concerns, and handling a variety of administrative tasks Here s what you can expect to do: Participate on the leadership team, keeping abreast of community and social issues, and keeping other constituents and senior leaders informed of work of the Office of Neighborhood Safety. Write, design, and edit, content for ONS's communication channels (e-newsletters, social media, website, and print) and work in collaboration with the city's central communications team. Assist with facilitation of department meetings, events, and/or training, and handling logistics such as equipment, materials, and support. Prepare reports and correspondence for the Director, internal and external customers, including completing expense reports and other reporting documents. Direct information about the office and provides assistance to the public and staff regarding operations and policies/procedures.
