Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to own our organizations data impact and architecture. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data management systems and processes. Leveraging your expertise in data architecture, integration, and governance, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the integrity, accessibility, and efficiency of our organization's data assets.

responsibilities:
Implement and execute performance tuning strategies to optimize system efficiency, including analyzing bottlenecks, fine-tuning configurations, and optimizing queries for improved response times and resource utilization.
Develop and implement robust data models to support business requirements using relational and dimensional modeling techniques, data normalization, and schema design to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity within the organization's databases and systems.
Develop comprehensive data roadmaps outlining the strategic direction for data management, integration, and utilization, including identifying key milestones, technologies, and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
