Salary: $53,000 - $59,000 annual salary This is a full time position Duties Provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, conducting topic research, developing presentations, drafting correspondence, preparing reports and summaries, processing billing and other payables. Assist the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources in the management of administrative operations by providing support to HR, Compliance, Finance, Facilities and IT departments as needed. Ensure administrative procedures and systems are in place to effectively support corporate administration teams and routinely analyze procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement. Support contract and grant review processes. Effectively represent corporate administration to internal and external stakeholders. Serve as first point of contact for assigned Board Committees, and work with the Vice President of Strategy to coordinate board committee functions and systems. Work with Executive Team members and committee chairs to plan agendas, organize board packets and materials, take meeting minutes and maintain documentation and records in accordance with best practices and corporate bylaws. Respond to information requests, support board communications and back up other Board functions. Provide project management support and update department Directors on assigned projects as required. Maintain New Employee Orientation and all-staff training schedules, track required trainings and attendance in Wilder s learning management system. Serve as the executive secretary for internal committees, including the Kingston Fellowship committee, Wilder s 401(k) Advisory Committee and Wilder s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams. Provide support to compliance activities, personnel functions, planning and budgeting across corporate administration departments. Manage data and provide support for systems, policies and procedures, including updating SharePoint site content for corporate administration departments. Serve as Foundation Administrator for documentation management and record retention systems (Iron Mountain).
