What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
Analyze data, create data visualization and prepare material for leadership and board presentations
Oversee the Speak Up Process, including managing the case management tool and procedure, and the ethics inbox, as well as regular liaison with the investigations team
Oversee the reporting process for conflicts of interest, gift reporting and other related compliance inquiries
Identify and track metrics and monitoring activities around case management, conflicts of interest and gift reporting
Identify ways to continuously improve current processes, identify best practices
Build strategic partnership with other functions playing a role in case discipline and remediation, including Legal, Human Resources, Integrated Supply Chain and Finance
Build and provide training to stakeholders around investigations and case management
Oversee the Global Ethics Champions Program
Lead and /or support ad-hoc project work as needed (incl. Compliance Week)
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, legal or compliance, or equivalent
5+ years of related ethics and compliance experience and a track record of process improvement implementation(s)
Strong data analytics capabilities, experience in digital tools such as Tableau or other data visualization / analytics tools
Previous experience with case management systems
Ability to independently problem solve, analyze and assess complex issues, including report production, conducting trend and risk analysis
Excellent project management skills
Strong attention to details
Possess a high energy level with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment that strives to exceed expectations
High degree of discretion and judgment; absolute confidentiality and integrity
Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues from all levels of the organization
