Our small team has a goal to create fast, accessible, and intuitive user experiences.Candidates should enjoy creating visual designs, interaction designs, and prototypes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive the design of intuitive and usable application interfaces from concept to implementation.Determine how users interact with an application and how the application should look and flow.Define the information architecture and interaction designs to solve our user’s needs.Enhance existing designs with new concepts, designs, and user experience best practices.SkillsVisual Design — Your creativity can turn ideas into high fidelity mockups.Interaction Design — Your logic can map out complete user workflows.Usability Testing — You can take feedback and effectively iterate, iterate, iterate.Bonus: Prototyping (HTML & CSS) — You can build what you designRequirementsA portfolio that clearly communicates successful implementation of user-focused design solutions.3+ years of formal web and/or mobile user interface design.Ability to turn your ideas into UX deliverables.A multi-disciplinary grasp of design principles and process.Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and browser compatibilities. Experience in JavaScript and/or jQuery is a bonus.Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
