Armstrong Teasdale LLP Technical Support Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri

The Technical Support Specialist supports desktop hardware/software processes and critical business strategies by working with the installation, maintenance and repair of desktop equipment. The Specialist is responsible for the resolution of technical issues for firm personnel of all levels to ensure we are able to exceed our clients expectations.

Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Provides support to the Help Desk with troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of PCs and installs applications 2. Responsible for supporting firm personnel with troubleshooting technical problems both remotely and in person; provides first class service and support to our growing firm 3. Assists with the removal and prevention of viruses on firm equipment; provides support when upgrading components of aging computer systems 4. Responsible for imaging computers for new employees and the installation of new computers and printers 5. Assists with the relocation of computers and printers as needed 6. Responsible for minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of office printers 7. Assists with software installation and upgrades on firm equipment 8. Provides assistance to customers after normal business hours as assigned through periodic on-call rotation schedule 9. Supports the video conferencing team through assisting with setups, meetings, troubleshooting and minor repairs and maintenance 10.
