Your role

The Senior HR Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing and optimizing HR processes, systems, and policies. This role manages complex HR operations with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include ensuring U.S. compliance, developing policies, providing training, and offering advisory support.

Your background and experience

  • Strategic Planning: Develops and implements HR operational strategies that align with the organization's goals. This includes streamlining processes and improving HR systems.

  • Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and leads projects to implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Compliance Oversight: Strategically manages HR compliance by monitoring laws and regulations, reviewing existing HR policies and updating or developing new policies/procedures. Conducts risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develops action plans to address these risks.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Works closely with other departments, such as IT, Finance, and Legal to align HR operations with broader business objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience preferred.
