Location: St. Louis, MO.
Hours: Hours may include days, evenings, nights and weekends. Full time, part time and PRN shifts available.
Case Details: Various ages of children ages birth thru 30+years old with technologies that might include g-tube, trach and ventilator.

Responsibilities
Contributes to the development, review, and revision of the care plan.
Administers nursing care in accordance with the physician's treatment plan and the individual care plan authorized by the client's payer source.
Observes, documents, and reports the client's response to treatment and any changes in their condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.
Provides ongoing guidance and supervision to the client, family, or other healthcare team members involved in the treatment plan.
Monitors and documents the patient's condition and the care services provided through electronic charting.
Participates in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required.
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent Communication Skills
Positive, Professional attitude
