As a Line Cook, you will:
Shift: 12:00PM to 10:00PM or 2:00PM to 12:00AM Pay: $14.50 to $18.00 per hour
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality of product to guests.
Prep, cook and plate all food for the outlet.
Perform all assigned prep work and replenish/restock work station with supplies.
Maintain working knowledge of kitchen equipment including a broiler, steamer, grill, fryer, etc.
Communicates as needed with Lead Cook and Sous Chefs.
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience as a Line Cook required.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of food items, to standard, in a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
