Customer Service Representative
in St. Louis, MO! We are seeking customer-focused candidates who have excellent communication and technical skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity at DH Pace Company! We offer opportunities for advancement and promotions!
Position Overview:
- Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately using a pleasant, professional demeanor.
- Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule appropriate service.
- Perform a wide variety administrative and office support activities for the department/division by utilizing various software platforms.
- Data entry to include creating, reviewing, and comparing job ticket information.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with some Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year of customer service experience, or administrative work preferred
- Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, a strong attention to detail and extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to train motivated individuals!
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, retail, administrative assistant, or billing offers great transferable skills for this position!
