Caregiver Extraordinaire: Seeking Additional Hours!   Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is already working with another company and clients but is seeking additional hours. As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of care and support.    Responsibilities:  * Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.  * Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.  * Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences.  * Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.  * Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and emotional well-being.  * Document and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.  * Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families.  * Collaborate effectively with other members of the caregiving team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans.  * Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.    Compensation: $16.50-$17.50 This companionship and caregiving position offers flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on Morning, Afternoon and Weekend shifts. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care. Part-time and Full-time availability.    Qualifications:  * Previous experience working as a caregiver, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.  * Valid certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  * Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.  * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.  * Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed.  * Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.   * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.  * Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.    Benefits:  * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your existing work commitments.  * Competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications.  * Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.  * Supportive and collaborative work environment.    WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAM  We are an established company in the caregiving industry that appreciates our staff and offers advancement opportunities.
