The Cigna Group Account Management (IC) Senior Advisor, Hybrid, Express Scripts in St. Louis, Missouri

The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of client strategy, gross margin growth business plan, and ensuring adherence of all contractual commitments. The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for planning, internal coordination, implementation, maintenance, and communication of client strategic and financial activities and performance in our Health Plans Division. This position will work cross functionally to consult with clients and upsell services to grow the business. Cross functional teams include Product Management, Sales Enablement, Finance, Regulated Markets, and Legal. In addition, this position will be the primary contact to senior leadership and involves delivering presentations clients and internal key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support the establishment of key products through internal coordination and collaboration with Product Management, Finance, and Legal.

Accountable for development and execution of client-specific upsell plan, and ongoing monitoring of plan with adjustments made as necessary.

Determine opportunities for up sells, expansions and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.

Delivery of routine review of plan performance with client.

Interface directly with assigned clients as needed to consult on commercial and regulated market best practices and to support upsell activities.

Serves as the face of Express Scripts with ongoing communication and consultation as necessary to maintain and grow relationship.

Quarterback of account team to ensure client satisfaction, collaboration, productivity and optimization of opportunities for up sells, expansions and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.

Direct activities of internal cross functional partners related to client strategic objectives and in support of the strategic plan.

Special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

10 to 14 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.

Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Extensive project management skills.

Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of financial management principles, financial modeling, and risk-based contract management.

Demonstrated negotiating and leadership skills.

Developed organizational, analytical, interpretative and time management skills.

Ability to travel as needed to meet goals.

Market Range : $105,000 - $175,000

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
