The Role

A Senior Finance Analyst position has come available in our growing Finance team. This analyst role will add value to Stryker's Operations division, utilising data based insights and modelling to maximise financial outcomes through effective compensation forecasting and labour optimisation. You will play a crucial role partnering with the Operations division to provide visibility, draw insights and influence change.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance related topic

  • CPA or CA qualified

  • Experience in business partnering

  • Pricing experience, including reviewing, analysing and providing pricing recommendation to drive margin improvement

  • Teamwork

  • Proven track record of influencing change and making things happen

  • Be able to juggle multiple prioritise and get things done!

  • The desire to impact, influence, add value and do significant work.

What You Will Do

  • Effective Finance business partnering, building close relationship to Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight

  • Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

  • P&L control, analysis and insight

  • Adhoc analysis to support decision making and provide insight

  • Analyse the impact (financial and non-financial) of actions taken within the Operation Divisions, communicating results to the Commercial Manager

  • Help to drive collaboration efforts between Sales, Finance and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving cost saving initiatives

  • Support the wider SSP business through knowledge sharing and financial acumen communication.
