What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient work across the Global Content Office.

  • Assist in project management activities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating various projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.

  • Help orchestrate and streamline internal processes and communications to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to enhance our content strategies and business initiatives.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, documents, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira and others) is a must

  • Experience with process management tools like SAP Signavio is a plus

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The Global Content Office team is responsible for ensuring smooth strategy execution for the Global Content Group and driving key strategic projects. We are a diverse and passionate group of professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence in content creation and management. Our collaborative culture fosters creativity, learning, and growth, allowing team members to thrive and contribute meaningfully to our global initiatives.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
