What are your contributions to the team?
Provide support to HR business partners on various projects: engagement surveys, salary and promotion reviews, talent management programs, labor relations cases, etc;
Participate in projects and meetings related to labor relations;
Participate in the disciplinary and grievance management process.
Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources management;
Produce various reports and provide administrative support.
How to thrive in this role?
You are studying for a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management;
You have an excellent command of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written);
You are rigorous and detail-oriented;
You are organized and structured;
You have a positive attitude and are approachable;
You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
