Bombardier Infrastructure Project Manager in St-Laurent, Canada
In your role, you will
Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center
Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers
Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers
Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization
Identify and mitigate risks proactively
Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects
Enforce internal safety rules on your worksites
Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach
Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
As our ideal candidate
You have a college technical degree or university degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction)
You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector
You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams
You adopt best practices in project management
You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments
You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written
You demonstrate strong negotiation skills as well as root cause analysis and problem solving
You have initiative, show attention to details and make customer satisfaction is your priority.
