Hilton Food and Beverage Administrator in St. Julians, Malta

A vacancy has arisen within the Food & Drink Department, for the role of full-time Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:-

·Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required

·The upkeep and maintenance of F&D IT systems & applications

·Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively

·Maintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll information

·Attending F&D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow ups

·The Festive season reservations co-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processes

·Assisting in the administration of F&D related projects as required

·F&D team training co-ordination and administration

We are looking for an individual who:-

·Is organised and accurate

·Has a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·Has good knowledge of the F&D operation

·Is fluent in both written and spoken English

·Is willing to work flexible shifts patterns as would be necessary to support the F&D Operation from an administrative perspective
