Responsibilities:
This position will be primarily housekeeping with light maintenance and groundskeeping duties. as needed
Assist in maintaining a clean, warm, and welcoming environment throughout our buildings and grounds
Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring our spaces and residents' Apartment Homes are tidy, clean, and inviting
Help keep our campus safe, reporting any touch-ups needed to our Environmental Services Manager
Build positive relationships with residents, their families, coworkers, and management
Qualifications:
Do you have a knack for fixing things? That's a plus! If not, no worries - we'll show you the ropes
Do you have skills in housekeeping? Great! If not, we'll help you grow them
Must be open to learning about chemical use, waste management, and infection control
Must have a positive demeanor and great communication skills—visiting with residents and their families happens every day here!
Must be self-motivated and able to work with a team and independently

Position Details:
- Type: Part Time (30 hours per week, 60 hours per pay period) with Rotating Weekends and Holidays
