DUTIES:
Performs all custodial duties for County offices.
Performs minor maintenance tasks, including snow removal, lamp replacement, and minor plumbing.
Maintains the cleanliness of County facilities including surfaces, windows, woodwork, furniture and lavatories.
Operates and maintains custodial equipment.
Responsible for the stocking and inventory of all custodial supplies.
Secures and monitors the facilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent and two to three years of experience in custodial services and a minimum of one year in building maintenance.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A valid Michigan driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Self-starter.
Capable of performing tasks with limited supervision.
