Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Description:

HealthPartners is a large healthcare organization, headquartered in Bloomington, MN. They have 50+ clinic locations in the Twin Cities, and are expanding primarily throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Government Membership Services supports all of HealthPartners members who are enrolled in a government funded insurance plan: Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace services (MNsure). This call center is a BRAND new call center representatives who take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc. This position will be WFH, after a day or so of training in their Bloomington office. They could end up getting called back to the office in 2022 so they need to be ok with that.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

It is required that all candidates have call center experience to be considered for this role. Highly preferred Bachelor's Degree If they do not have a Degree, they must be extremely professional and demonstrate critical thinking. 1+ year of call center experience. Ability to type 35+ WPM High School Diploma They must have an ethernet internet connection to be able to work from home.
