Purpose:
To offer administrative assistance during daily operations of a non-technical matter at project sites.
Responsibilities:
Assist project site team, as well as other Administrative Assistants, in all administrative functions.
Administration of project files including status reports and bid packages.
Administration of contracts and additional work orders (AWO).
Maintain calendar and filing system.
Handle routine correspondence for the Manager in his/her absence.
Audit construction drawings to ensure site has most recent set.
Requirements:
Ability to keep private all confidential information.
Strong computer aptitude, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of business spelling, and vocabulary.
Ability to work independently after receiving brief explanation.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees, the public and clients.
Understanding of building materials and construction terminology; knowledge of procedures for production of construction documents.
Accountability
Follow the Quality Systems and Procedures Manual and Work Instructions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.
Administrative capabilities, exercise poise and professionalism, and be able to deal with people at all levels in all departments.
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
