Job Description
This position is responsible for the wiring and final assembly of panel boards related to low and medium voltage switchgears, or the mechanical assembly of frames.
Increase in pay after 3 months and 6 months!
Responsibilities
Electrical controls panel and wiring
Follow wiring diagrams and schematics
Install pre-wired panel into control box
Terminate wiring based on schematics
Diagnose and understand blueprints and schematic drawings to determine wiring layout
Inspect parts to find defects and ensure quality
Ensure proper protective equipment is worn at all times and tools or other equipment is used based on the task
Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job
Essential Skills
At least 2 years’ experience as a mechanical assembler, machine builder, or even automotive technician!
Basic computer skills
Ability to use shop equipment and hand tools
Perform basic math functions including an understanding of fractions and decimals
Ability to take direction, follow instruction, and work with others with a positive attitude
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to perform job duties requiring high-level English proficiency
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or Technical School preferred but not required
Mechanical assembly skills
Experience with hand and power tools
Familiarity with voltmeter and electrical assembly

Work Environment
The facility is medium-sized with 60 employees, manufacturing everything from start to finish in fabrication, welding, wiring, and assembly. The facility is very clean, new, modernly designed, and has comfortable temperatures to work in.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
