Responsibilities
We are seeking a mission-focusedSenior Systems Engineerto support and contribute to our government customer’s success inSpringfield, VA!
Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide support to users of Orchestration services.
Provide SME support to the core program applications.
Assist users with account access, account permissions and any questions on the use of the system.
Provide user support to customers in different time zones.
Provide testing and verification of new software releases.
Provide testing and validation of suspected defects and track through to resolution.
Solicit user feedback and requests to assist in getting those needs properly into the chain for development effort.
Qualifications
Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies
Must possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or technical discipline or 4 years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
Previous experience with training and/or user engagement.
Experience with Image Exploitation, GEOINT, Reporting and Dissemination, Geospatial domain areas.
Experience providing user training.
Experience working through user reported issues and resolving.
Experience presenting new system capabilities to users.
CONOPs Development
Feature and User Story Design and Definition.
Experience with Training Material Development.
System Operational Readiness Review.
In addition to the above experience your skills will include some subset of the following:
VersionOne
DOORs
Ozone Widget Framework, Application Development Understanding
FVEY
Excellent communications, organization and planning skills, with ability to work independently
Experience presenting at technical reviews with customers and users
Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio)
Security Clearance Level
Current TS/SCI Security Clearance
