SAIC Policy, Planning, and Business Analyst in SPRINGFIELD, Virginia
Description
Provide the Joint-PMO staff expert advice and assistance with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis required to maintain the J-PMO governance structure and create J-PMO documentation. This position supports campus governance as a primary liaison between NGA and campus partners for integration and operations requirements, specifically interorganizational agreements and funding transfer documents.
Duties include:
Establishment of J-PMO goals, objectives, and operational concepts.
Coordinate with NGA, IC Partner(s), County Government, and Fort Belvoir on topics that will affect stakeholders.
Ensure J-PMO concepts are functionally coordinated with IC partners to ensure future operability.
T imely and appropriate action tracking for NGA PMO by creating, tracking, and coordinating Taskers in task management software.
Qualifications
Required:
Active TS/SCI is required.
Willingness to obtain a CI polygraph is required.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience within field with 7+ years of experience.
Experience with budgeting and financial management.
Experience with interorganizational agreements.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, with a specific emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications.
Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and proposing innovative solutions to technical issues.
Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community.
Desired :
Experience working in a program or project management office.
Experience improving and/or documenting processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience working with the IC.
Experience working with NGA.
