JOB SUMMARY: Are you looking for a Seasonal Opportunity at Aqua? We are currently hiring for full time seasonal clerks available from May through August.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist with preparation of MSAs, RFPs, and bid events
Assist with vendor onboarding and relevant documentation
Assist in obtaining supplier email addresses
Contact preferred suppliers for list of items.
Assist with chemical bid prep and analysis.
Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned
Pay Rate $15.00/hr.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid driver's license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Familiarity with computers and work systems such as Microsoft office suite
SAP and intermediate Excel experience preferable
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.
Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules
Must always follow directions and implement safety procedures
A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Working conditions may include travel to work sites of Essential Utilities and/or other constituents.
