Production Associate 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm *$17.50 Per Hour E032 *
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Production Associates to join our team assembling medium commercial tires and wheels. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for mounting, inflating, balancing, and sequencing tire/wheel assemblies per customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities: - Assemble tires and wheels according to work instructions - Verify part numbers and follow assembly procedures - Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and job tracking - Adhere to all safety protocols when handling equipment and heavy objects
Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly - Comfort standing, bending, and being on your feet for up to 10 hours - Basic computer proficiency - Excellent communication and comprehension skills - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
