Position Title Front Office Assistant - Work Study Required - Fall 2024

Student Status Work Study Required- You are required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Hiring Range $12.30/hr

Department/Employer Operating Hours Our office is open Monday & Wednesday 8 AM - 7 PM and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

How many hours per week are required? 8

Description of Primary Duties

Most of our day-to-day operations are standard for any office: answering phones, stocking supplies, cleaning, inventory, and other items or projects as they come up.

We also have the aspects of a clinic: checking in clients/patients, scanning documents, uploading them to charts, processing paperwork, and other projects or duties as assigned.

Currently we are also preparing for renovations so there may be tasks related moving our office and we would need some flexibility as procedures are adjusted.
