Key Responsibilities:

· Provide ABA services, including conducting assessments, designing treatment protocols, and directing RBT implementation· Meet productivity requirements and consult with community stakeholders· Supervise ABA staff, including clinical supervision, organization, and coordination· Research, implement, and oversee evidence-based practice for intervention and treatment services· Comply with requirements of various funding sources and document services for reimbursement

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

· Post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis· Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA/RSI accredited program preferred· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, implementing/directing ABA programs and interventions· Experience working with children and their families, supervising a team, and collaborating with schools preferred

Required License/Certification:

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
