Position Overview: Coordinate and implement Commercial Sales processes at the regional/national level. Responsible for account set up and address review in CSG. Work closely with regional/national Commercial Sales, Construction and Operations to ensure all steps in the sales process are on time or that alternate scheduling takes place. Other duties to include: Resolution of billing disputes; escalation of prospect and customer issues, and report generation.

    Position Responsibilities:

  • Work in Salesforce.com application to schedule, coordinate and monitor serviceability requests (walk-outs), construction and installations.

  • Work in CSG to monitor escalated trouble and billing issues.

  • Work with National Operations, Division Business Operations and Corporate Finance to monitor ROI and Purchased Order status.

  • Coordinate all other customer meeting/interactions with technicians.

  • Escalate and resolve missed appointments by contacting all responsible parties

  • Set up accounts and initiates billing in CSG when Commercial Account Executives input “Ready for Billing” stage in Salesforce.com.

  • Relay missed calls and other communications to Commercial Account Executives.

  • Work with Commercial Account Executives to review contracts for rate increases.

  • Initiate approvals for credits for customers.

  • Track collection of Customer Contribution for Return on Investment forms.

  • Communicate to National staff responsible for building accounts for changes.

  • Update/send contracts to customers when Commercial Account Executive is not available.

  • Track Customer contracts.

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

    Position Requirements:

  • One to two years practical experience in coordinating and scheduling procedures between different departments and customers, in a fast-paced atmosphere preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Billing application experience a plus.

  • Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities as described in a full and adequate manner.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills necessary.

  • Knowledge of cable television or telephone industry helpful.
