Description:
Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in our inpatient rehabilitation department at Mercy Medical Center.
The Speech Language Pathologist is member of a comprehensive care team who identifies appropriate long- and short-term goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals for patients with mild-moderate cognitive deficit among other neurological disorders.
What will you do:
Performs comprehensive evaluations.
Establishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas, to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
Provides professional interaction with patients, family members, interdisciplinary team members, and other staff members and colleagues.,
completes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, and regulatory compliance standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited program with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
State of Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
