Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Program Director in the BHCP program at Behavioral Health Network! The Program Director plays a pivotal role in leading and expanding the Behavioral Health Community Partner Program (BHCP). The Program Director is focused on enhancing the individual served experience in the program, has responsibility for oversight of the operational care management model, and makes key leadership decisions. The Program Director oversees a dynamic group of operational leaders and drives team performance and program quality metrics. Qualifications/Requirements Master\'s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Prior experience with responsibility for the operations of care management programs. Prior experience in originating and leading practices and objectives that provide high quality care management programming aimed at improving health outcomes. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in care management or population health programs. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Minimum of 2 years? experience working in a quality or performance improvement role. Working knowledge of the principles of general management. Ability to supervise and direct others. Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities independently. Strong computer skills and adept at using programs for producing PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Broad knowledge of effective care management and population health approaches with individuals with behavioral health, substance use, medical and social determinants of health concerns required. Prior experience creating and using reports/data to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of services being delivered and program outcomes. Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems. Who are we? Through the coordination and integration of care, BHCP assists individuals with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes.
